I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, including the private pool and BBQ area, were great. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the beaches and the town center.

Clean property so close to 5th Avenue as well as great bakery. Accommodating and gentle stuff, always smiling. Rooms for a continental breakfast.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Playa del Carmen for 2 months. The owners, Tony and Laura, were exceptional hosts, providing care and assistance throughout my stay. The grounds were beautifully decorated with murals and potted plants, and the pool was sparkling clean. Tony even shuttled us to nearby places when needed. The room was exactly as pictured and the location was convenient to the beach and 5th street. I felt like I was leaving new family members behind and will definitely return.

Guests should be prepared to do a lot of walking, as the hotel is several blocks away from certain amenities. Need to mention that the review is informal

Located just a short distance from 5th Avenue, this hotel offers convenient access to the vibrant shopping and dining scene. Guests can enjoy the comfortable beds and friendly service provided by the hosts. the well-maintained pool and rooftop lounge provide great spaces to relax and meet other guests. the option to cook meals in the fully equipped kitchenette is a bonus for those who prefer to dine in.

Some rooms may experience street noise, but it doesn't take away from the overall peaceful atmosphere.

I really liked how clean this place was.

suites fenicia truly exceeded our expectations during this crab fest. the wonderful owners, tony and laurey, made us feel at home, providing complimentary breakfast, bikes, snorkeling equipment. the small apartments were well equipped, and the friendly owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant time.

Internet connection issue.

Large rooms, fully stocked kitchenette, and balcony. Fresh daily supplies including milk, eggs, and bread. Friendly hosts who go out of their way to ensure a great stay. Close to attractions and amenities.

The couple managing the suites were extremely attentive, promptly replacing a broken TV and providing cooking tools when requested. The location right on the beach was perfect, allowing easy access to the shoreline and the poolside area. Laura and Tony, the owners, went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, even offering a ride to our bus stop for a tour. The complimentary snacks and food provided, along with a great housekeeper, made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!
